I am excited to annonce that I am a part of the Second Shift Theatre, which is an ensemble based acting company that strives to enrich the performing arts in Michigan's Tri-city region. I will be stage managing and co-producing A Midsummer Night's Dream, the Companies first production to be held at Creative 360 in Midland, MI.
Second Shift Theatre was founded by like minded residents of Michigan's Tri-city Region who wished to enrich the performing arts through providing professional opportunities for actors, scholarship opportunities for students and theatre art for the community. As an ensemble based acting company, a group of core actors train, create, and perform together strengthening their craft through repeated artistic relationships. The summer Shakespeare performance provides scholarship opportunity to undergraduate students of theatre as well as opportunities for community volunteers.
Creative 360 is proud to collaborate with Second Shift Theatre Company to present their inaugural production of A Midsummer Night’s Dream. The Bard’s most popular work will be presented with a contemporary flair in the twilight setting of Creative 360’s own magical forest. Join the fun as irresistible magic spells create madcap antics; and love, lust and lunacy magnify lovers into a frenzy!
VIP Preview: Friday, August 12 / 7:00 pm / Price: $30. This sneak preview will include refreshments and a behind the scenes “peek and speak” with the actors of Second Shift Theatre Company.
Saturday, August 13 and Sunday, August 14 / 5:00 pm / by donation. Presented outdoors (indoors if weather dictates). Bring your lawn chairs and blankets for general seating. Donations are graciously accepted and proceeds will assist in supporting Creative 360 and Second Shift Theatre Company.

In order for the Midsummer production to lay the foundation for future high-quality Shakespeare performances at Creative 360, we need your help with our fundraising campaign.

- The formation of an ensemble of talented Geart Lakes Bay actors who are paid to produce theatre in exchange for their time and talents.
- The ability to offer scholarship opportunities to local undergraduate theatre students.
